1. Acceptance and Definitions

By accessing ViperHost services, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge having read and understood them.

  • Client Area: portal to manage services at billing.viperhost.net.
  • Credentials: email and password used to access the Client Area.

2. Terms of Use (VPS / Dedicated Server)

  • Delivery: services delivered within 14 days; dedicated servers may take up to 4 weeks.
  • Machine Storage Content: we cannot access disk contents; users should maintain backups.
  • IP Connectivity: each service has a unique IPv4; forbidden for DDoS, BotNet, or illegal activities.
  • CPU and RAM Usage: use resources appropriately per policy.

3. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate information; false data leads to termination without refund.
  • Safeguard account credentials.
  • Do not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

4. Conditions of Use and Prohibited Actions

Resources may be used for lawful purposes except:

  • Cryptocurrency mining
  • Illegal activities
  • Actions damaging hardware or network

5. Contract Duration

  • Contract term chosen at purchase and specified in agreement.
  • Renew before expiration to avoid interruption.

6. Payments and Billing

  • Accepted methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card (Stripe).
  • Machine/product data accessible only during paid period.
  • Automatic renewals when authorized and possible.

7. Responsibilities and Warranties

  • Services provided on an "as is" basis.
  • Terms accepted upon purchase.
  • Not responsible for actions that damage the service.

8. Service Stability

  • We minimize maintenance and downtime.
  • Minimum guaranteed bandwidth: 500 Mbit/s in/out.

9. Service Suspension

We may suspend or terminate without prior notice if you violate the Terms.

10. Traffic Usage

  • Data transfer limits are specified per product.
  • Game servers include unrestricted transfer.

11. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be made within 7 days of purchase.

12. Contract Termination

We reserve the right to terminate at any time for valid reasons.

Clients certify that third-party licenses are obtained from reliable sources.
